With two resort style pools, a club house and a beautiful outdoor social lounge there’s plenty to explore. And with two low-maintenance, powder coated woodgrain Brown Jordan Structures, complete with lighting, heaters and fans, this community enjoys year round entertainment and comfort.
Challenge:
Sawyer Flats Apartments wanted an outdoor entertainment space with functional, year round amenities to provide residents a space within the community to get to know their neighbors while also enjoying some fresh air. Structureworks addressed the following challenges:

Thrive Communities and Structureworks came together to create two outdoor seating and entertainment areas with distinct style and function. The unique pitched design and powder coated woodgrain finish with integrated electric allowed for a beautiful, multi-use space year round.

Looking to grow with the surrounding community, Sawyer Flats Apartments completed a full renovation to fit their vision; a city oasis. Among the pristine resort style pools, outdoor game space for bocce ball and shuffleboard, brand new clubhouse and outdoor social lounge, the new, modern open-air living area leaves no detail unfinished. With so many activities within this community; an area where residents can pull up a seat, turn on the TV, light an evening fire or catch a cool breeze under the fan and relax with friends was important. The outdoor entertainment and social lounge now provides a shady space that residents absolutely enjoy, year round, day or night.
