Structureworks is proud to announce a premier new project with The Cooper, the newest luxury hotel opening in Spring 2026 on the Charleston, SC, waterfront. Structureworks has been awarded a contract to design, engineer, and manufacture three aluminum pergolas for installation as part of the hotel’s rooftop terrace and lounge area.
Through this partnership, Structureworks will be enhancing the resort experience for guests at the only luxury waterfront hotel in Charleston. The pergolas will provide elegant shade to guests lounging with panoramic views of Charleston, creating outdoor spaces that are both comfortable and blend seamlessly with The Cooper’s design aesthetic.

These custom aluminum structures are built to last a lifetime with minimal maintenance, making them perfect for standing out at the oceanside hotel. The aluminum structures feature a premium powder-coat finish to match the existing architecture while maintaining a gorgeous look throughout the hotel.
