Project Overview:
Built in 1970, the Lincoln Plaza Hotel and its modernist architecture was ahead of the times, a funky fresh approach that blends east with west, timeless with trendy. Fast forward 50 years and The Presley Apartments pay homage to the verve and vivacity of one of the hotel’s most famous guests—Elvis Presley. The building, combines the magnetism of old-school classic cool with the best in contemporary living and design.
Twin custom aluminum structures define the buildings courtyards and provide a framework for The Presleys outdoor amenities area. Custom wire mesh railings protect residents from the open landscaping of the parking garage beneath.
