Project Overview:
Morgan Keller Construction worked with TS3 Architects to create a new multi-family community located in Frederick, MD. With 240 luxury apartment homes, fitness center, resort style pool, lounge, grilling area and state of the art club house, this community leaves nothing to the imagination.
Structureworks helped provide the finishing touches around the club house with three large custom architectural structures providing shade to residents and transitional zones on the property. These traditional structures compliment the look and feel of this bustling new community.
