The Waterford Bluffs Apartments, located in Cleveland, OH, are newly constructed apartments located right along the Cuyahoga River. A short walk along a scenic trail to many local shops and restaurants, Waterford Bluffs are accessible and modern apartments that encourage a balanced lifestyle of lively atmospheres and relaxation. Featuring an extensive outdoor space for residents to unwind and relax, the Waterford Bluffs Apartments needed a pergola that provided shade and comfort by the pool, while blending in seamlessly with the apartments modern design.
A custom aluminum pergola with fabric canopies, manufactured by Structureworks, provides respite from the sun in the outdoor area. This low-maintenance pergola provides architectural interest and was designed to seamlessly integrate with the building’s aesthetic and design.
The factory-manufactured aluminum pergola was quickly assembled on-site, saving time and manpower. Plus, its factory finish is highly durable, requiring less maintenance over its lifespan.
