During the Plan phase, we work to determine the best solution to fit your design intent, budget and timeline. In the Design phase we work through the details of construction while ensuring code compliance. Once the design is finalized, we Engineer and provide documents for permitting. Fabricate is where it all comes together! We manufacture to our exacting standards to ensure a flawless on-site installation.
Designing with cPVC opens the door to an array of possibilities. Creative pergola design options include radius, arches, cantilevers and angles that are only limited by your imagination.
Design and engineering go hand-in-hand, so as part of our workflow we run a preliminary engineering analysis, specific to the project location and site conditions for any structure that may need a complete stamped engineering package in the future.
COLOR THAT LASTS
Available in standard colors or custom matched to your specification aluminum wall pergolas are finished using our proprietary powder coat finish while cPVC or fiberglass pergola components are finished in a matte sheen using our proprietary ColorLast finishing process. ColorLast surfaces are highly resistant to scratching and chipping and offer superior performance under extreme temperatures.
