Salt water pool, outdoor kitchen and courtyard with modern Brown Jordan Structures offer a comfortable coastal feel. Community gatherings and late night hang out sessions are enjoyed all season long under these over-sized aluminum shade structures with subtle accent trim. The tensioned canopies provide cooling shade to this sunny space making for a great afternoon retreat.

Challenge:

The Standard was looking to expand their amenities with low-maintenance outdoor seating in their courtyard. Sun protection was important to residents for a morning coffee or afternoon chat. This modern, peaceful space extends indoor living out, with shady cover. Structureworks addressed the following challenges:

Working closely with J Banks Design, Structureworks created low-maintenance custom Brown Jordan Serenity Solis shade structures with a modern aesthetic and functional tensioned canopy. The fully shaded zones complete the courtyard providing cover for residents throughout the day.

Expanding the already impressive amenities, Structureworks was able to work with J Banks Design to add yet another outdoor living experience at these coastal apartment homes. Not interested in hanging by the salt water pool or hitting the gym? Now residents can chill out under the cooling cover of these classically designed Serenity Solis shade structures. The tensioned canopy and low-maintenance powder coat finish work well in this salty aired community providing a sense of enclosure and unmatched functionality throughout the seasons.
