Project Overview:
Glenwood Hot Springs is a premier resort and a sanctuary of relaxation and fun. Delivering three and a half million gallons of hot water every day, they have the world’s largest hot springs pool. Swimmers had requested a shady spot to relax, and with more than 200’ of open pool deck, Glenwood Hot Springs decided to add three Trex Pergolas, providing a cool place for pool goers to retreat from the intense Colorado sun.
Challenge:
Glenwood Hot Springs was looking to provide shade to over 200’ of terraced pool deck so that guests could retreat from the intense Colorado sun. Structureworks developed a solution to address these challenges.
Solution:
Structureworks designed three custom Trex Pergolas that met the primary need for shade across the 200’ of pool deck and separate concession area. Working with Glenwood Hot Springs, we came up with simple solutions that addressed all of the remaining challenges.
Benefits:
