During the Plan phase, we work to determine the best solution to fit your design intent, budget and timeline. In the Design phase we work through the details of construction while ensuring code compliance. Once the design is finalized, we Engineer and provide documents for permitting. Fabricate is where it all comes together! We manufacture to our exacting standards to ensure a flawless on-site installation.
Designing with fiberglass opens the door to an array of possibilities while using a lower cost material. Creative pergola design options include segmented radius, cantilevers and angles that are only limited by your imagination.
Design and engineering go hand-in-hand, so as part of our workflow we run a preliminary engineering analysis, specific to the project location and site conditions for any structure that may need a complete stamped engineering package in the future.
Our selection of fiberglass columns complements a wide variety of architectural styles. Columns come standard in our ColorLast painted finish or may be custom painted to match any color. Pergola columns are available in six standard styles, with custom column sizes and styles available. All columns can be cut down during installation to adjust the finished height of the pergola.
COLOR THAT LASTS
Available in standard colors or custom matched to your specification, fiberglass pergola components are finished in a matte sheen using our proprietary ColorLast finishing process.
ColorLast surfaces are highly resistant to scratching and chipping and offer superior performance under extreme temperatures.
