Structureworks is proud to announce a significant new project with the MonteCedro Senior Living retirement community located in Altadena, California. As part of MonteCedro’s ongoing expansions, Structureworks has been awarded a contract to design, engineer, and manufacture 11 Trex Pergolas for delivery in early 2026.
Through this partnership Structureworks will be providing enhanced outdoor living experiences to MonteCedro residents, delivering beautiful pergolas and shade structures that will create comfortable outdoor spaces throughout the community. Residents will enjoy dining, socializing, and community-based activities under the comfort of comprehensive shade solutions provided by Structureworks.
Premium, Long-Lasting Materials
Trex Pergolas are constructed to last a lifetime with minimal maintenance, making them perfect for the thriving retirement community. The cPVC structures feature a premium ColorLast finish, to match existing architecture while maintaining a gorgeous look throughout the community. Most structures will also feature ShadeRight Fixed canopies that protect residents from sun, rain and harmful UV light.
